About

The Eucalyptus Hills Landowners Association (EHLA) organization was started in 1953 to preserve the rural atmosphere in Eucalyptus Hills. This was done by promoting one acre minimum residential zoning, have on-premises sewage disposal systems, allow limited animal and agricultural use, and promote ecological preservation of the area. EHLA became a corporation in January 1954.

EHLA has evolved into an effective platform for action to better Eucalyptus Hills and established credibility throughout the County and State of California.
